It’s easier than you think!

It’s a dream of lots of guys to be able to date models. Even guys who say “models are all stupid” are probably just saying that because they know they won’t have a chance.

Fact is, any beautiful girl who is offered lots of money to travel and have her photo taken would jump at the chance. That’s why I have met many models who are very intelligent and would make great girlfriends.

When I was a 25 year old who had only had one girlfriend, dating a model just wasn’t in my reality. Now I have dated over a hundred, have tens of model friends, and it’s no big deal at all.

Below I am going to reveal all of the ways that you can meet and date models, as well as a few tips on how to talk to them…because it’s a little bit different. Enjoy!

How to meet models

1. Photography

All of the photographers I know are dating top models. It just comes with the job. It doesn’t matter if they are cool, rich, handsome, if they are a photographer, they will be dating models.

Get yourself a decent professional camera like this one.

You don’t need to become a famous professional photographer to take pictures of models. You can start off with a relatively cheap DSLR camera from Canon or Nikon. Secondly you don’t need to learn everything about photography but rather just about photographing people.

Watch some tutorials on youtube, and practice with friends and family. Your goal should be to build up a little portfolio of your pictures. If you can build this up with friends and family, great. The second option is to ask to take pictures of attractive girls you see in the streets. Third options is to invite some models for test shoots.

You can sign up on a website as a photographer like models.com. If you have no good shots yet, you will get a lot of rejections, if you are okay with paying to learn, then you could offer $50 to less successful models just to build up your portfolio. And $50 is not a lot when you consider how much it costs to get girls on dates.

Once you have a few decent pictures you can stop offering money, and start getting higher and higher quality girls as your skills improve.

When the girls come for a shoot, please don’t flirt from the beginning, that is very cheesy. Be very professional and just slightly friendly, but as if the main thing is definitely the pictures.

Later when she has relaxed and you are moving around for a different scene you can ask a few things about her life and slowly get into a conversation. If it’s going well you can suggest a quick coffee or food or whatever would be suitable.

Also remember, not every model you meet should be someone you hit on. Make friends, hang out with them, learn more about their world. Their friends will be models too so having model friends is a big benefit in itself.

2. Industry

We all know that most people get into relationships with girls via social cirlces. A model’s social circle is usually made up of people in her industry. Photographers, make up and hair artists, and designers are all people who would have extensive model contacts and friends.

If you ever have the opportunity to meet someone in one of these fields, make friends with them, buy them drinks, do them favors, and in general be a super nice guy.

If you can get into their world, it’s where the models are. I’ve been invited to fashion week events, “Miss” competitions and all manor of things either by being friends with journalists with press passes, designers with tickets, magazine owners who organize events, sponsors, or make-up artists with connections.

If you took option 1 above, and are going to learn photography, then find a photographer and ask if you can make his tea, run out to get lunch, and be his assistant on his shoots. You’ll learn the ropes and also meet lots of people in the industry. Put your ego aside for a few weeks and it could be your way in.

3. Night game

Models are young girls who are often away from home in a foreign city, and in general young girls like to party. Do a little research into which clubs the models go to in your city, google it, look at the club’s party pictures on instagram or on their website, and that is where you’ll find them.

models-advice-5

Social proof anyone?

In the club they will usually be guarded pretty well and on the table of a club promoter. So the way to get to them is via the club promoter (guy). Once you are friendly with him, he won’t mind you talking to the girls, and if they see that you know him, the models themselves will be more friendly with you.

Club promoters get money from the club for two things – bringing girls, and selling tables. If he sees you in the club with girls, and then you approach him and ask if you can add some girls to his guest list the next week, he would be happy because it means money for him.

If you know some rich people who buy tables, or if you have a friend who will get a table for their birthday, then make sure they always book through this guy, and again he’ll be on your side.

You also then have a way of meeting girls and inviting them to cool clubs and putting them on the guestlist so that they can get in for free etc. By hitting the same venue on the same night, and also asking the promoter what other nights he does, you can figure out where the models are each night.

Next, you can also find out what pre-party places they hit. Usually the models get a free dinner at a trendy restaurant before the club. The more you are seen, the more you are part of the crowd, and the better the reaction you will get when you speak to them.

models-advice-4

Girls become more familiar with you (and trust you) each time they see you.

4. Daygame

Models go to their agency and to castings and shoots. They also shop. You are likely to see models in trendy areas like Soho in New York. Higher end models are taken from job to job by car, but the rest of them will make their own way.

Look for a pretty girl carrying something clipboard sized, that is her book – her portfolio of all her jobs. In any big city with a modeling industry you can hang around in the areas where the agencies are, frequent local cafes, and just do what you can to increase your chances of seeing them on the street.

When you do, take the opportunity to approach and be friendly. If they are racing around, a quick number close and a date later is the best option.

Remember that many models travel the world and so don’t have much of a social life, they will therefore be more open to meeting new people, so you have a good chance. Apply daygame as we usually teach it.

models-advice-7

Search for model agencies in your area… great for day game.

How to talk to models

Right away, let me give you three things that you shouldn’t do that will separate you from 90% of guys out there: Don’t ask them if they are a model, don’t be impressed when they tell you they are, and don’t ask them if they only eat salad ☺ Remember these facts:

a) Most models don’t make a lot of money

A few hundred euros a day for catalogue and showroom work or catwalk, but much more if they do ad campaigns that you might see on billboards or in magazines.

Don’t be awed by the fact that she is a model, it’s like actors, there are plenty of struggling actors and actresses and only a very few who make millions.

models-advice-8

Most normal guys would never be seen with girls like these.

b) Most models don’t like their profession

The traveling and seeing themselves in cool pictures on billboards is interesting for a year or two, but then most of them resent the work.

It’s really hard standing in front of the camera all day, posing in uncomfortable clothes and positions, under hot lights, or outside in the cold, going to endless castings and rushing around, having their skin abused with make-up and their hair abused with different styles all the time.

c) Most models stress about their appearance

They might look amazing, but no doubt they have some insecurities about their looks, about their age, about what they’ll do when they are too old to model. Just because they look confident in the club, remember that they are probably a lot more like you than you think.

d) Most female models aren’t attracted to male models

They don’t like that they are so concerned with their appearance and think that it’s a woman’s profession and not really manly for a man to do.

So don’t worry if you don’t have perfect looks and a six pack, these girls are much more likely to be attracted to “good game” and the same attractive qualities that all girls are drawn to.

e) Models don’t like being judged by men on their looks alone

They are treated like an object all the time, people discussing their looks, their agency telling them to grow their hair or to lose a bit of weight, or that they need to fix their skin etc.

If you can be cold to her looks, but show that you appreciate something else about her, it’ll be a big turn on. Don’t compliment her looks and instead find something about her character to compliment.

The above facts should help humanise models in your eyes so that you can connect with them better and behave in the right way.

Damn. This is actually a legit article. Before reading this, I was like: “Oh, great. Another one of those PUA-masters. What ‘GREAT’ advice is going to offer me here?…” But it actually makes sense. All of the points. Nice one ;)

  2. I was always wondering where and how I can find women with above average looks outside of the club scene. Going to cafes and whatnot near agencies is a great idea! Thanks!!

  3. Interesting article, very accurate.

    I’m a photographer.
I have an expensive photography gear ( two cameras, several lenses and stuff ).

Models ( pro or not ) feel kind of attracted to photographers, at a beginning, just by interest, they want pictures. They want you to take pictures for free ( most of the time ) and to achieve that, they act very nice and charming, and you can think they want something else because of that.
When you actually get to know a model very well, becoming her friend takes time ( considering if you want to date a model you have to be her friend in first place, how can that work otherwise? ) and several meetings and flattery ( I mean, not in a sexual way, just how photographer use to talk when take pictures, girls in general love that ).
I’ve been in this field for years and never dated a model, but I’m sure it might work, I never call them or hang out with them, but they always want to keep in touch with me or miss me when I’m not part of the photoshoots.

To be honest, if you’re not taller than a model ( 1,75mts as a base, I am around 1,72 mts/ 5’7″ ) you could be screwed.

I don’t want to talk in general terms, I know there are some girls out there who likes short guys also and…there are girls who get VERY HORNY while posing in front of you and you can be one of those lucky guys. WORD.

  4. Ashu is right on. … David, hey, it’s tough to leave a hot bod and all her other inner and outer qualities, but if her mind is elsewhere, make up your mindset right here and now to stay away from her for 30 days. No texts, no calls, no nothing. 20% chance she’ll eventually wonder where you disappeared to. And whether she does or not, by the end of the 30 days, you’ll be dating someone new and just as compelling. Why??? Because right here and now you will also start a mindset of meeting other people knowing that if your game was good enough to attract that other model and date her for two months, you can do it again and again. Now get the fuck off your ass and start having fun again!!!!!!!

  5. Rich, as usual you bring insight into an exclusive world most wouldn’t understand.

One of my buddies, he is a musician and a bartender. He dates waitresses as a result. I believe you mentioned this before, you essentially want to have a hobby where women come to you.
