So you got her number, texted her and… nothing.
What do you do if she stops responding to texts? And what the hell happened?
Erm… well there are two possible explanations for this… the first is that you didn’t build enough rapport/attraction with her and the second is that your opening text was so painfully boring that she just threw the phone out of the window in absolute disgust.
The bad news is that if you failed to build enough rapport with her and didn’t spike any attraction, the likelihood is the number she gave you is either a fake or she just won’t respond.
A popular topic that I’m seeing right now is “what type of PUA text openers” should you be using to not only grab a girls attention, but also intrigue her enough that she just HAS to respond to you.

What’s the aim of a “PUA text opener”?
The aim is to get her texting you back, whether it’s been awhile since you both last spoke OR you’ve just got the digits and you want to meet her again.
So today I’m going to cover two areas.

The aim of this text is to make her smile/laugh as soon as she reads the text, putting her in a good mood and associating that feeling to you.

- “Hey princess, I Just came back from the aquarium and I saw the cutest fish there…it reminded me of you”

The aim of this text is to playfully tease the girl so that you can start to build sexual attraction/tension before meeting in person. You can also use these sweet texts on your girlfriend to keep her on her toes.

What you should never send to send to a girl as an opener
Here are some common text openers guys send that are cringe worthy and just won’t get you anywhere with her:

- “Whatsup little lady, been a while… how have you been? x”
- “Yo, are you free this week to meetup?”
- “Hey, was just thinking about you and thought I’d say hi x”
- “Hey babe, send me something naughty” (Don’t ask for nudes)
Final thoughts…
Texting can be an art on it’s own (especially sexting), if you’re naturally witty and funny then you can get away with a lot in a text and quite easily setup a string of dates or even get the girl over to your place. I’ve done that myself.
But texting is nowhere near as important as the interaction itself, it’s just a handy tool you can use to keep the interaction going without actually being there.
